Donald Raymond Croft II AKA Donald Croft II, Donald R Croft, Rebel Shooter, Reb operated a child modelling agency known as "Reb's Fine Arts Galleries" from his home in Livonia, Michigan up until he was arrested in 2012 on child pornography charges stemming from some of the images he'd produced.

Criminal Complaint

"Croft stated that he did produce child pornography. He stated he believed the photographs he captured were art. Croft was asked why girls, under 18 years, were featured on his website wearing provocative clothing. He stated he did not feel clothing could be provocative. Croft was informed PayPal filed a complaint against him for selling soiled clothing worn by underage girls. He stated the clothing was not soiled and he did try and sell the used clothing worn by all his models; under or over 18 years of age;"

Following Crofts arrest, Susan Johnston Clinton of Virginia Beach, Virginia was arrested and charged in connection to Crofts website, for aiding in the production of child pornography.

After viewing several of the photos - some of which showed the girl nude except for body paint or wearing fishnet stockings and corsets - Clinton said they should not have been posted on the Internet. She said photos depicting nudity should have been deleted.

During the same interview, however, Clinton said she was "OK" with Croft taking the photos, documents said. She described some of the outfits the girl wore as "age inappropriate" but said she did not have a problem with them.

She said she thought the photographs were used for advertising, maybe for Halloween costumes. She said Croft told her the photos were not child pornography and that he was going to make a book with "art" photos.

BOWCUT GETS 30 TO LIFE

BURLEY Leslie Peter Bowcut collapsed to the floor Tuesday evening after he was sentenced to a minimum of 30 years in prison.

Fifth District Judge Roger Burdick sentenced Bowcut on the third day of a sentencing hearing in Cassia County. Burdick ordered Bowcut to the Idaho state prison for a term of 30 years to life. The determinate -- or mandatory -- portion of the sentence is 30 years, and the remainder is indeterminate, Burdick said. Whether Bowcut serves any of the indeterminate sentence will be decided later by corrections department authorities.

Bowcut fell when sheriff's office authorities began leading him out of the courtroom. His parents and other family members rushed to stand in front of newspaper and television photographers, preventing them from photographing the scene.
Sheriff's officers picked Bowcut up, put him in a courtroom chair which had wheels and pushed him out of the courtroom. He did walk out of the courthouse with his sheriff's office escorts a few moments later.

The case for 30 to life

The courtroom was nearly full for the four-hour proceeding Tuesday. Some 62 people were in the audience when Burdick handed down the sentence. Burdick spent nearly an hour in chambers making his decision after all the testimony was presented.

The judge said the "frenzy" surrounding the Bowcut case was unprecedented in the 20-plus years he's sat on the bench.

"I've been at a loss to why," he said, speculating it may be the "newness" of a child molestation case to the community and the nature of the sexual photographs which Bowcut took of the children, which made his abuse so clear.

Yet, Burdick reminded those at the hearing, sentences aren't issued "on the basis of popularity polls or community reaction." The public must see the sentencing process, he said, and "must believe the sentence was justly imposed," or there will be a loss of faith and respect in the court system.

Burdick pointed out to Bowcut that he minimized his conduct "until, frankly, there was no escape." Bowcut repeatedly told investigators, family members, doctors and therapists that the children he abused and photographed were asleep at the time. Evidence has shown that not to be the case. Burdick discounted Bowcut's remarks that there had been no injury to the souls of the victims.

The judge said he's seen thousands of people who were abused as children in his courtroom and they "continually search their tormented souls."

The judge wasn't surprised by the dichotomy Bowcut exhibited. Sex offenders routinely put on the good side as good community members, youth leaders or parents while abusing victims at the same time, Burdick said.

"You lived that dichotomy for a short time," Burdick said to Bowcut. "Thank God you were caught early."

Burdick recognized that Bowcut showed remorse for his crimes. The judge pointed out that Burdick is "working compulsively at rehabilitation" -- as he worked compulsively on the problems which led him into court.

Burdick said he thinks Bowcut is a candidate for treatment, "Although you'll always be attracted to children."

When citing aggravating circumstances, Burdick referred to the underlying profit motive Bowcut had for taking sexual photos of his victims and then selling them on the Internet. His Web site generated between $7,000 and $10,000 a month in profit, according to earlier court testimony.

The other side of Bowcut's photography business seemed to trouble Burdick, too. Bowcut photographed girls, under the guise of clothing models for advertising purposes, and then posted those images online where people who found such photos stimulating could view those non-pornographic images.

"You were truly stalking to the depths of depravity on these unknowing girls," Burdick said.

Even though Bowcut has no criminal history, the judge said the offenses Bowcut was charged with were "enormous" crimes, and his abuse of young victims "mandates a severe sentence."

Burdick said the minimum of 30 years in prison "is a signal to the community of pornographers you were a part of that this community won't tolerate you."

Probation or incarceration?

Cassia County Prosecuting Attorney Al Barrus had recommended to the judge a sentence of life on each count with no parole before Bowcut served 35 years. After the sentencing, Barrus said the judge's sentence was "appropriate."

When recommending a sentence to Burdick, Barrus said "anything less than a long-term prison sentence sends a message his crime wasn't all that serious."

Barrus shared a statement from one of the victims.

The girl said Bowcut "took a picture of my private spot in front," when she was naked.

"He didn't show it to nobody, nobody, nobody, nobody. He's gonna get mad. I just forgot about it. But today I couldn't forget."

Barrus said in all his years of prosecuting, Bowcut's offenses were the "most heinous and atrocious."

When delivering his closing statement, Barrus said all the professionals who met with Bowcut say he's at least at medium risk of reoffending if he completes a treatment program.

But Barrus said, "When it comes to the protection of little children, any risk is unacceptable."

Barrus voiced concern about the incorrect or incomplete information Bowcut shared with therapists and psychologists prior to his evaluations and treatment. Bowcut "appears to tell a different story depending on who's listening," Barrus said.

Barrus continued to dispute Bowcut's claim that the victims were often asleep when he abused them and they didn't know or understand what was going on. Photos clearly show the girls are "awake, aware and horrified."

In addition, Barrus said Bowcut's claim that he didn't use force to get the victims into the settings he photographed them in wasn't pertinent. "The children were compelled by him. Force doesn't have to be present.

"By his own admission he's a pedophile," Barrus said. "He embraced being a pedophile and encouraged others to be a pedophile."

Bowcut's attorney Steven Richert asked the court to "hand down a fair, just sentence."

He reminded Burdick that the doctors and therapists who testified in court all think Bowcut is treatable.

Richert pointed out that since Bowcut was arrested he has sought assistance. "He wants to be helped."

Sending Bowcut to prison for a long time will prevent Bowcut from getting the appropriate treatment because the Idaho prison system doesn't have much in the way of sex offender treatment, Richert said.

Richert referred to the federal charges Bowcut faces and suggested the judge put Bowcut on the state's retained jurisdiction program for 180 days until the federal government conducts court proceedings related to that charge, then the judge could set a penalty for Bowcut. Richert stopped short of asking for no prison time, but he did ask that any jail time "be limited."

Words from Bowcut, his family

When Bowcut went to the podium to address the judge, sheriff's officers removed his ankle and wrist shackles. Three officers stood between Bowcut and the audience during his allocution.

Bowcut apologized for his actions and took full responsibility "for all the pain I have caused." He has no explanation for why it happened.

He said the situation has been a "horrible experience for me," but he also said he wants to change and "get better."

Bowcut placed blame on no one but himself "and the stupid choices I made."

Ann Harper made a statement on behalf of the victims. She is Bowcut's mother-in-law.

She said Bowcut took "beautiful things" -- the victims -- and "made them ugly."

Harper shared part of a letter from another of her daughters. That woman referred to Bowcut as "every parent's worse nightmare."

Even though Harper tried to protect her family from evil, when her daughter Esther married Bowcut, "The devil insidiously slipped into our midst," she said.

Because of Bowcut's actions, Esther Bowcut has had to move away from her home and family and her family support, Harper said.

ShowStars was a child modeling agency that operated out of Vladivostok, Russia, by an individual known as Vitaly Vilisov. This agency was shut down in August 2007 as the result of an investigation by law enforcement. According to investigators, it's believed that some of the children involved in the agency were being sexually abused by Vilisov:

Vladivostok’s Frunzensky Prosecutor’s Office launched a criminal case against a photographer who made and distributed erotic pictures of under-aged girls, a press statement from the office said Wednesday. Meanwhile the accused man fled the city in an unknown direction.

The 38-year-old photographer, identified only as Vitaly V., is charged with performing lecherous actions with the girls in his studio, a rented apartment on Semyonovskaya Street in downtown Vladivostok, where he was taking photos and videos showing the half-naked models in suggestive and erotic poses.

The man distributed the photos and videos through his personal website on the internet where visitors could place an order for any photo or video. The profit from a single foreign order amounted to between $100 and $300, prosecutors said.

For one photo shoot, the young models, from 12 to 15 years old, received payment of 500 to 1,000 rubles ($19.5 to $39). The man recruited girls through newspaper ads seeking ‘girls aged 7-12 and those not older 18 to work as photo models.’ He also hired young prostitutes on Vladivostok streets to model. For inviting a friend or acquaintance of hers to model, a girl received a bonus of 500 rubles.

According to investigators, the man asked some of his models to provide him with sexual services.

After the photographer’s interrogation, during which he only admitted to making ‘decent’ pictures, the man fled, aggravating the investigation process. The case has been put under special supervision, the statement from the Prosecutor’s Office reported."

"Friends Of Web Models" was a forum for pedophiles which promoted various child modeling websites. The forum was operated by a convicted child sex offender known as James Frazee AKA Cd8dad, who also happened to operate his own child modeling agency on top of the forum; that is until he was busted:

2 Charged in Monroe Child Porn Web Site

A registered sex offender and his girlfriend, who have been living in Monroe, are being held on federal and state charges of operating a child pornographic Web site that earned them up to $1,000 a week, federal officials said.

James Frazee of Monroe, Michigan

James Frazee, 52, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a girl younger than 13 in 1990 and 1993, is being held in the Monroe County jail and faces federal prosecution for possession of child pornography. His girlfriend, Patricia Podgajski, 45, is in the Wayne County jail on federal sexual exploitation of a minor charges.

 U.S. Assistant Attorney Louis Gabel said the couple had been operating a child pornography Web site involving a picture of minor. "They were taking pictures (of at least one) minor and selling those images over the Internet," Mr. Gabel said. "Some were wearing provocative clothing."Mr. Gabel said federal authorities are continuing to examine computer images seized from the couple's rented home on Winchester St. There were an estimated 500,000 images on the computer that authorities are now reviewing. It is not known how many are considered child pornography."

Being charged as a recidivist sexual offender, it's unlike we will see him online any time soon. With Frazee in the slammer the Friends Of Web Models forum quickly disappeared from the internet; however one of the moderators from the forum, Neil Eagle AKA Vanwarrior of Glossop, United Kingdom - took it upon himself to set up some new forums, similar in style to the original Friends Of Web Models website.

Meet Newstar Pavel Rohel!

Pavel Rohel of Červený Kostelec, Czech Republic is a photographer for the child modeling agency known as "Newstar." Back in 2003 Rohel was arrested for distributing child pornography and child molestation, he was sentenced to three years in prison, however he only served 50% of his sentence and has since been released and continues to photograph for Newstar:

The "Newstar" websites are popular amongst pedophiles and Newstar also have several websites featuring prepubescent boys too, for homosexual pedophiles.

Sasha Fradis AKA Alexander Fradis

Sasha Fradis of Chisinau and Daniel Leuenberger of Reconvilier, Switzerland originally worked together operating a child pornography agency out of Odessa, Ukraine know as "Studio 13 Arts," only narrowly managing to escape the Ukraine before they could be arrested.

According to this document, it appears that Fradis and Leuenbergers child pornography operation began unraveling when some of the girls they were transporting from Chisinau to be photographed were intercepted by authorities:

However, the girls said that they were paid 25-50$ by two foreigners named Alexander and Daniel for being photo- and videoshooted naked.

The document elaborates further about what went on:

She told me that Sasha sleeps with Rina (whose 11-years old), though he is many years older that she is, and his looks are just terrible. In some time I saw myself how everything went on…The girls said that Sasha was a finished drug addict. The drugs were kept in a two-storeyed mansion in Sasha’s room where the computers were. The high fence was covered with wire, at the entrance gate – some kind of a TV-set, and through it the picture went into Sasha’s room. Four guards, who worked in shifts, lived in the one-storeyed house”.

Then came Daniel who spoke very bad Russian. We hardly understood that we had to be photographed in those poses which they would tell us – our pictures would be displayed at the exhibitions and placed in foreign magazines. He also said nobody had to and won’t know what we were doing. And for this job we would be paid good money.

Fradis and Leuenberger would use the desperate financial situation faced by the families of these children as a means to sexually exploit them and take advantage of them:

“Lisa had her pictures taken in all poses she was “ordered”, said Lana. “Even the way you could see everything… I was photographed in a sheet (beneath I was naked) with the music on. After some time I got used to that, and started letting it down a little, and then let it down at all… Honestly, I felt greatly ashamed, but they would pay such money which my mother wouldn’t get in a year!

Usually we stayed at Sasha’s for two-three days (from Friday till Sunday). After we’ve satisfied all his demands he would give us 50 dollars”

“Sasha used to offer me cigarettes, wine, drugs. Once he gave me a pack of pills, about six, without any name on it and said, “Take it and have fun. You’ll be jolly, free, and you can do whatever you want to. It’s nice and pleasant…” I answered, I was fine without it. I tried a cigarette – I didn’t
like it. I got a proposal to “have some love” from a guard, a former militiaman…”

Somewhere along the line things grew sour between Fradis and Leuenberger and they split:

When the thunder burst out, inventive Alexander decided to shoulder all the responsibility on his former sidekick. In a letter, placed at one of the sites he calls Daniel pretender, pathologic informer, scandalmonger, rascal, thief, and other “complimentary” epithets. Moreover, he appeals to everyone and everything not to cooperate with his former pal: the latter is, he says, extremely dangerous…

After the split occurred it sounds as though Fradis set up a new child pornography agency known as "Astral Studio," where he continued to sell the content originally produced for "Studio 13 Arts." Leuenberger went on to set up a non-nude child modeling agency for pedophiles known as "Swissarts," which he operated out of Moldova up until 2007.

Paul Dennison AKA Sandravenous of Penrith, Australia operated pedophile child modeling forum known as "The SandyEllaGinny Forum" up until he was arrested and charged for providing an avenue for people to access child pornography.

Upset at sentence for porn bagman

SHE was the world's most sought after child porn victim, a Russian girl - with links to Sydney.

For more than 10 years the little girl known worldwide as Sandra eluded authorities as she was exploited on the internet by a network of paedophiles who paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to view her images online.

The case was finally cracked by Australian Federal Police after a 15-month investigation.

They were stunned to learn the bagman for the international network was living near Penrith.

Yesterday, Paul Randal Dennison, 47, of Emu Heights, was jailed for three years and four months after pleading guilty to two counts of using a carriage service to make child pornography available, possessing child pornography and two counts of using a carriage service to access child pornography.

Dennison also pleaded guilty to dealing in the proceeds of crime after almost $700,000 from around the world passed through his Westpac account.

Also found on his computer were the controversial images of naked children shot by Sydney artist Bill Henson, for which he was not charged.

The leniency of the penalty stunned many at the sentencing.

Dennison told police he believed he was helping the girls by passing on the money, a remark that prompted judge Anthony Blackmore to describe him as "deluded".

"In my view he was sufficiently intelligent to recognise that he was both morally and, importantly, criminally wrong," he said.

Judge Blackmore declared he needed to send a strong message against child pornography, before issuing the relatively light sentence in which, with parole, Dennison could be out in two years.

"The comments by the judge show the severity of the particular issue and the AFP supports the comments of the judge - that he's talking about the matter being very severe," AFP Assistant Commissioner Neil Gaughan said.

After one of the most significant arrests in Australian policing, Russian authorities shut the site and are in the process of arresting two men, known as Boris and Vlad, who exploited Sandra, and two other young girls, since she began modelling in 1998.

Bradley Dayley never officially operated a child modeling agency, he did however produce and upload indecent images of prepubescent girls to the internet. While Dayley produced child pornography images, many of the non-nude images he also produced are circulated and shared by pedophiles on the internet.

According to court documents, the case against Bradley Dayley, 40, began in 2009 when authorities from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children advised Elk Grove police that they had obtained images of a girl 10 to 12 years of age who they believed was being sexually molested in or around Elk Grove. The images had been transmitted via the Internet and intercepted in Europe. In the background of one of the images was a garbage can that featured the seal of the city of Elk Grove.

Through extensive investigation, Elk Grove police identified the girl, according to a federal Department of Justice news release.

On Sept. 23, 2009, detectives searched Dayley's residence and seized his computer equipment. Hundreds of sexually explicit still and video depictions of the girl were found, showing her between the ages of 7 and 12. The background in the images and videos revealed that they had been taken at Daley's residence, officials said.

Dayley admitted that the girl would visit him and that he had taken naked pictures of her. He also admitted to performing sex acts on her and video recording each incident.

Police found evidence of the video recordings on the computer hard drive and other electronic storage media seized from the residence. Officials said Dayleys' computer hard drive also contained thousands of sexually explicit images and videos of other children.

Dayley has already pleaded guilty to state charges filed by the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office, alleging multiple counts of oral copulation of a minor under the age of 10 and multiple counts of lewd acts with a child, according to the news release.

Lawrence Stanley AKA L.A. Stanaman and Larry Stanley of Brazil, operated a child modeling site known as "Mini-Models" up until his arrest in the early 2000's. Stanley managed to escape being convicted of child pornography due to the fact that the images he was being charged for, had been produced prior to Brazil having updated it's definition of child pornography (which occurred in 2003).

And who is Patrick Cowland, I hear you ask? 

Patrick Cowland AKA Dorian Cowland is the individual who was responsible for operating the now-defunct child modeling website for pederasts (pedophiles with a sexual preference for little boys), known as "Coming at Yer!:"

Patrick Cowland from Balsall Common, United Kingdom

Dorian Cowland (pictured) had pleaded guilty at Warwick Crown Court to possessing 1,000 indecent photographs of children in October 2010 with a view to distributing them.
Cowland (62) of Kelsey Lane, Balsall Common, also admitted ten charges of distributing portfolios of indecent images to ten named men on dates between March and October 2010.

Cowland described himself as ‘a paedophile but not an active one,’ and said he believed indecent images were ones in which the private parts were shown, which his did not.

The local police were informed, and in October that year officers went to his home where they seized two boxes of boys’ clothing, cameras and computer equipment.
Asked about the chat site Cowland, who was jailed for four years in 1988 for indecently assaulting a ten-year-old boy and taking indecent photographs of him, said he did not visit the chat site very often.

The Demise of Webe Web Corporation

In 1999, Marc Evan Greenberg and Jeffrey Robert Libman of Fort Lauderdale, Florida formed the Webe Web Corporation. A business which was to be the first of it's kind, marketing images of semi-naked prepubescent girls to pedophiles over the internet. Greenberg and Libman thought they'd found a goldmine, allegedly generating millions of dollars in profit from their new-found business; however everything became undone in 2006 when one of their photographers, Jeff Pierson of Brookwood, Alabama plead guilty to child pornography charges:


The ensuing investigation into Jeff Pierson sparked an even bigger investigation into the Webe Web Corporation which ended in 2011 with Greenberg, Libman and Pierson being sentenced to prison for a variety of crimes against children:

Marc Evan Greenberg: president and co-director of Webe Web Corporation

 Marc Evan Greenberg, 45, of Fort Lauderdale, Fla., pleaded guilty in the Northern District of Alabama on April 21, 2010, to one count of money laundering.   Webe Web pleaded guilty on April 21, 2010, to one count of conspiracy to produce child pornography and 16 counts of transporting child pornography.   U.S. District Court Judge C. Lynwood Smith also sentenced Greenberg to three years of supervised release to follow his prison term and ordered Greenberg to pay $900,000 in restitution to six victims.  

 According to court documents, Webe Web was the registered owner of the website "www.childsupermodels.com," which purported to be a child modeling website that promoted models 7 through 16 years old and their photographers. It contained hyperlinks to websites containing photographs of individual “child super models” featuring minor female children in various poses and wardrobes.   

Jeffrey Robert Libman: vice president and co-director of Webe Web Corporation

The vice president and co-director of Webe Web, Jeffrey Robert Libman, pleaded guilty on Sept. 15, 2010, to 16 counts of transporting child pornography and was sentenced on Dec. 17, 2010, to 108 months in prison.

According to court documents, the photographs of the 16 victims in this case were taken by Jeff Pierson, a former photographer based in the Birmingham, Ala., area.   Pierson pleaded guilty in January 2007 to conspiracy to transport child pornography and transportation of child pornography.

It's rumored that Dream-Studio was initially formed as a child pornography agency known as "Angels Around," but later re-branded themselves as Dream-Studio and produced "Non-Nude" images instead.

Ukrainian Child Pornography Producer

Meet Alexander Chursin of the Ukraine, he owned and operated a child pornography agency known as "LS-Studios" from 2001 up until 2004.

The following excerpt about this agency comes from the pedophile website, Newgon:

While early collections often featured nude girls in natural poses, later collections also contained many images of girls in sexually suggestive poses. No actual sexual acts were portrayed but there were implied sexual acts such as the models sucking on bananas. Many later collections also featured the girls wearing custom-tailored costumes. The backgrounds appeared to be custom-built, similar to stage-play sets. The photography produced by LS Studio is commonly found in the illegal collections of Child Pornography convicts, and in most cases, it was not obtained from the site itself.

LS-Studios was shut down in 2004 after it was raided in a joint effort by various law enforcement agencies around the world. The following are news articles about the bust:

Disguised as a modeling agency, the firm rented a studio in the center of Kiev
Ukrainian law-enforcement authorities have recently filed a criminal case against a local company, which was producing and distributing child pornography. Investigators determined that over 1,500 under-age girls had been invoked in the illegal porn business.

The chairman of the department for struggle with human trafficking crimes, Mikhail Andreyenko, told reporters on Wednesday, April 06, 2005 that the preliminary investigation on the case had been completed. The exact court and the date of the hearings have not been coordinated yet.

The Criminal Investigation Department of the Ukrainian Internal Affairs Ministry detected and neutralized the criminal group in July of 2004. Disguised as a fashion model agency, the group was making pornographic photographs and films with participation of teenage girls, from 8 to 16 years old. The criminals uploaded the video footage and pictures on foreign pornsites.

The Ukrainian police arrested the organizers of the "modeling business.” The criminals rented a studio in the center of Kiev, the Ukraine’s capital, in which video and photo shoots were conducted, Interfax reports. The illegal firm had its branch offices in other Ukrainian cities, Kharkov and Simferopol. It turned out that the criminals were telling girls' parents that their children were working in the modeling business. The girls were paid from $10 to $40 for a photo session.

A spokesman for the Ukrainian Internal Affairs Ministry said that the majority of girls' parents knew, or had a suspicion of their children’s “work,” although no one went to the police to report the crime, Interfax said. The so-called modeling agency existed for three years. The firm was advertising its activity in the Ukrainian media, including newspapers. The firm's monthly income was estimated at about $100 thousand, investigators said.

KIEV (Reuters) - Ukrainian police shut a modeling agency which photographed underage girls and sold images over the Internet in North America as part of their biggest crackdown on child pornography, officials said on Wednesday.

Interfax-Ukraine news agency quoted Vitaly Yarema, deputy head of the Interior Ministry crime investigation department, as saying police were questioning about 15 people about the agency, which operated for three years across the country.

Police said the agency had attracted around 1,500 girls aged from eight to 16 to their offices in the capital Kiev, Kharkiv in the east and Simferopol in the south.

“The pictures (of the girls) were then sent to the United States and Canada via Internet channels,” Yarema said.

Police also froze the bank accounts of the agency, which earned ‘hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars” in the past three years.

UNIAN news agency said police confiscated video equipment, computers, images of children, financial documents and a Porsche belonging to the group organizer, a Ukrainian in his mid-20s.
Ukrainian police worked on the case for several months with the FBI.

TeenModeling.Tv Photographer Charged with Sexual Assualt and Child Pornography

As we mentioned in our previous post, the Colorado based "child modeling" agency TeenModeling.Tv has photographers located in various different parts of the world which produce images that are then sold to pedophiles over the internet. One of these photographers is located in Canada and headed up the Canadian section of the TeenModeling.Tv website.

Southwold photographer charged with sexual assault

The Ontario Provincial Police issued a release Tuesday stating 31-year old Jason Sawyer is being charged with three counts each of sexual assault and sexual interference, one count of counseling to commit sexual assault and one count each of making possession and accessing child pornography.

The investigation began after information was received from United States authorities that the homeowner was communicating via the Internet with an individual in Colorado for the purposes of facilitating sexual offences against children.  The investigation also revealed that the accused was sexually abusing children in Ontario.

Through a police investigation, the sergeant says a fourth potential victim has been identified and Sawyer is now facing one additional charge each of sexual assault and sexual interference.
Police confiscated Sawyer's computers and external media devices and investigators are still combing through the data.
At one time, Sawyer operated a photography company that catered to young female models, Jay Sawyer Photography.

In an online photography sharing site last updated two years ago, Sawyer posted 18 pictures, many of them of young females.
"I am currently seeking models of all ages (both adult and child) for photo shoots for 2009 in Ontario," Sawyer posted.

The 14th of November - A Day of Reprisal

Greetings citizens of the world,

Today marks the birth of a new campaign directed at addressing websites which sell non-nude sexually suggestive images of children to pedophiles over the internet.

For over a decade child modeling websites have operated with impunity, producing photographs of children (mostly young girls) for the sexual pleasure of pedophiles. Due to the fact that the children being photographed aren't entirely naked, law enforcement agencies are unable to prosecute the individuals involved in producing and marketing these images (please note, that while members of the law enforcement community find these images just as distasteful as you or I, their hands are tied on the matter).

 #OpExposure aims to expose the unscrupulous individuals involved in child modeling agencies who are ultimately responsible for the production of these images.

It's no coincidence that we should choose the 14th of November to mark the beginning of this campaign, as this is a significant day on the calender for the pedophiles which collect these images. The 14th of November is the birthday of probably the most well-known child model in the world, a girl known as "Sandra" (not her real name). Sandra is Russian girl who was featured on child modeling websites since a young age and continued modeling up until only recently (she's now in her twenties). During the time in which she modeled she was used to also produce child pornography images.

What's happening to these children is unethical and has no place in a civilized society, they're being exploited and something needs to be done to ensure the people responsible are held accountable for it.

Rodney Kress of TeenModeling.TV

The first child modeling agency of interest, operates out of Boulder, Colorado of the United States and is known as "TeenModeling.TV" (TMTV). TeenModeling.TV was formed in the early 2000's, by Rodney Kress, who has operated and expanded the agency significantly since then.

Throughout the years in which TMTV has been active, Kress has acquired models from other child modeling agencies such as "FReasternproductions" (an off-shoot of the now defunct Forbidden Realms Forums which were closed due to child pornography) and the Webe Web Corporation which operated "ChildSuperModels" (and was also closed due to child pornography).

Today TeenModeling.TV is one of the largest active child modeling websites available, having had well over a 100 child models on their roster. Rodney promotes his agency by uploading sample images on the Web Models Supporters Forum (WMSF) - a forum where pedophiles congregate to get their jollies off over the images provided. The following comments come from the WMSF forums and were made in regards to photos of prepubescent girls from TMTV:

Kress uses a unique system for selling his child modeling images, a website known as "SnapGalaxy" which hosts and provides the software required. If SnapGalaxy were to discontinue to their service to Rodney, it would cripple his ability to source an income for his agency.
